Our products come from the land and follow the rhythm of the seasons.
You won’t find fully stocked shelves or standardized packaging here, but jars and bottles that contain real flavors — the result of careful, respectful craftsmanship.
Each product is prepared in small batches, using ingredients from our organic farm in Abruzzo or from local producers who share our values.

Extra Jams

Our jams are made through the artisanal processing of ripe organic fruit from our orchards, transformed in our processing laboratory immediately after harvesting.
All our jams are “extra jams”, with a fruit content of over 60%, prepared according to traditional recipes, without preservatives or additives: only brown sugar and lemon juice to enhance the natural flavor of the fruit.

Among them, our extra rosehip berry jamstands out, with a delicate and slightly tangy taste, rich in aromas and vitamins C and E — perfect for those who love authentic natural flavors.

Also particularly appreciated is our organic quince paste, made with quinces following an ancient local recipe. It comes in compact blocks and is perfect to enjoy in small cubes, as an energy snack during excursions and outdoor activities, to accompany cheeses, or as an ingredient in filled desserts.

Liqueurs

Sweet or bitter, delicate or intense: our liqueurs are made from fruits, berries, roots, and aromatic plants grown on the farm, following traditional and natural methods.
Each liqueur is prepared using hand-picked ingredients and slow infusions that enhance its authentic aromas and flavors; some, such as Ratafià and Nocino, are left to mature patiently in the sun.
From Gentian to Blackcurrant, from Wild Strawberries to Blackthorn, to Grappa with Juniper and Melissa liqueur, each bottle tells the story of our deep connection with the land and its traditions.

Excellent as a digestif or to accompany desserts and moments of conviviality, our organic liqueurs offer a journey into the most authentic flavors of Abruzzo.

Vegetables in Oil (Sott’oli)

Prepared in our processing laboratory with fresh vegetables grown on the farm using organic methods, our sott’oli reflect the simplicity of rural tradition. Zucchini, eggplants, green tomatoes, garlic, and other vegetables are carefully processed, cooked, or marinated in vinegar and wine, then preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil and spices.
Handcrafted and produced only in small batches, they contain all the authentic flavor of the garden — perfect as appetizers or traditional side dishes, bringing the freshness and quality of our land to the table.

Gift Packs

A simple and genuine way to give (or treat yourself to) a special gift: a small authentic taste of our farm.
We prepare packages, baskets, and gift boxes with our products — jams, liqueurs, sott’oli, and herbal teas — suitable for any occasion or for the holidays.
Each package is prepared by hand, using natural materials and all the warmth of our farm.

Seasonal Fruit and Vegetables

In our gardens, we grow vegetables and fruit following the principles of organic farming and the natural rhythms of the land. We use them both in the cuisine of the agritourism and for producing jams, sott’oli, and liqueurs.
When the harvest is particularly abundant, we offer our guests and customers a small selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, picked on the spot and available only according to season and surplus.
A simple and genuine way to take home the authentic flavors of our daily work.

Our products are not available in online stores or shops.
We produce them in limited quantities and sell them directly here at the Masseria or, upon request, we are happy to ship them.
