Farm-to-Table Dining

Our farm-to-table dining experience is not a restaurant in the traditional sense: it was created as a natural extension of our organic farm, with the aim of offering a complete and genuine experience, from field to table.
We personally take care of every step — from cultivation to cooking, to welcoming guests — because we believe that authenticity also comes from direct contact, without intermediaries.
For this reason, we mainly cook for our guests, in an intimate and familiar setting, where each dish reflects seasonality, simplicity, and a deep connection with our land.
On special occasions, such as Easter, Ferragosto, and New Year’s Eve, we are also happy to open to outside guests, as well as by reservation for small groups — moments to share our cuisine and the value of authentic hospitality.

Our Menus

Each day, we offer a set menu, designed and prepared according to the fresh products available on the farm and the season.
In the morning, we share the evening menu with our guests: this allows us to cook only what is needed, avoiding waste and ensuring dishes that are always fresh and genuine.

You won’t find an à la carte menu, but rather a daily proposal that changes in harmony with nature and the rhythm of our work in the fields. Our recipes are inspired by the rural traditions of southern Abruzzo and northern Molise: simple and sincere dishes, passed down over time and reinterpreted with the care and respect of those who know their origins. 

This approach allows us to maintain high quality while offering an authentic and sustainable experience, made of real flavors and attention to detail — including any dietary needs or special requests from our guests.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served as a buffet and prepared with the same care we dedicate to every dish.
Homemade cakes and biscuits made with quality ingredients, fresh local milk, our own yogurt, and juices and syrups made from our fruit.
Bread, butter, and our organic jams are always available, to start the day with simplicity and authentic taste.

On request, a savory breakfast is also available, including cheeses and eggs produced directly on our farm — a way to experience the territory from the early morning, in the spirit of freshness and authenticity.

A Taste to Take with You

Many of the flavors you discover in our dishes are born right here, from the fruits, herbs, and work of our farm.
Those who wish can take them home, choosing from jams, sott’oli, and liqueurs prepared with natural and seasonal ingredients.
It is a simple way to rediscover the aromas of the Masseria at home and to support, with a small gesture, our idea of sustainable and authentic agriculture.
