Welcome to Masseria San Iorio, a corner of nature and tradition.

Our organic farm and agritourism in Abruzzo, nestled in the heart of the region between the Maiella National Park and the Abruzzo National Park, carefully produces local, seasonal organic products. In our agritourism, we share our values and roots with passion, offering an authentic farm stay experience, genuine hospitality, and traditional flavors.

Discover our land, savor our hospitality.

OUR HISTORY

Masseria San Iorio was born from Juliette and Tullio’s dream: to build a simple, sustainable home in harmony with nature. From that first family project in the 1980s, a rural agricultural reality has grown that combines tradition, innovation, and respect for the environment. Today, Juliette and Tullio are still the heart of the Masseria, joined by Clara and Maurizio, who manage the agritourism and livestock activities with a strong focus on animal welfare and sustainable farming, and Giuseppe, who contributes technical expertise and a modern vision. Every product, every choice, and every guest reflects the same idea: living in balance with the land and sharing our passion for authentic, genuine things with those who visit us

Projects and collaborations

Sharing, solidarity, and sustainability: three words that express what we believe in.
They are the thread that connects our farm with the people and projects we collaborate with, helping us build a more just, conscious, and environmentally sustainable future together.

WWOOF Italia

We are part of the WWOOF Italy network, which connects farms and volunteers from all over the world in an exchange of knowledge and experiences. At the Masseria, we share what we know about organic farming and rural life, while wwoofers bring the world to us, enriching our lives with new perspectives, cultures, and friendships

Emergency

We support Emergency, which for more than thirty years has provided free, high-quality medical care to victims of war, landmines, and poverty. We believe in solidarity and peace as fundamental values that unite people beyond all borders — just as the land unites those who cultivate it and those who respect it.

Tatawelo

At home and on the farm, we drink only Tatawelo Coffee, a fair trade coffee project that supports producer communities in Latin America. It is a daily gesture that speaks of respect and responsibility — a simple way to remember that every choice can contribute to a more just world.
